Publishing a Document Repository

Once a document repository is ready to be used, you must publish it to the open documents list. Make sure your repository is saved prior to publishing (The Publish option will not be displayed until the document repository has been saved).

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Administrator Tools tab.
  2. In the Settings section, click Document Repository Configuration.
    Result: The Document Repositories list window is displayed.
  3. Click the name of the repository to be published.
    Result: The repository configuration window is displayed.
  4. Click the Publish button.
  5. Enter a sign-off comment, your user ID and your password.
  6. Click the Ok button.
    Result: The document repository has been published.
